How SoFi powers personalized email campaigns with high-quality customer data
 
In times of economic turbulence, having your financial 'house in order' is critical to financial wellbeing and peace of mind. 

Leading personal finance company SoFi wanted to make it easier for members to adopt products relevant to their individual financial needs. 

But with inconsistent and incomplete data across their martech stack, it was difficult to understand the user journey and deliver personalized recommendations to each customer. 

SoFi partnered with mParticle to simplify their customer data infrastructure, resulting in a 30% increase in data consistency, 1000s of saved engineering hours, and richer email personalization programs.
