G2 recognizes mParticle for exceptional customer support

The peer-to-peer review platform has given mParticle its "Best Support: Fall 2023" badge in the Enterprise CDP category.

mParticle is honored to receive G2’s Badge for “Best Support: Fall 2023” in the Enterprise CDP category. To determine scores for products and vendors, G2 applies a unique algorithm to reviews gathered from its user community as well as data aggregated from online sources and social networks. A personalized approach to customer success

mParticle’s customer-facing teams work tirelessly to understand client business objectives, help them deliver on specific goals, and maximize the ROI of their CDP investment. These teams offer hands-on assistance with a wide variety of processes, including (but certainly not limited to) ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding process, optimally configuring our CDP to meet specific industry challenges, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. 

Additionally, our professional services teams help clients develop data plans and identity resolution strategies tailored to their needs in order to ensure the highest possible level of data quality. They also provide on-call staff during mission-critical business events like product launches and spikes in traffic. This level of individualized service can dramatically increase the value that enterprise companies reap from their CDP.
